I believe associate dentists deserve extraordinary careers. Dental school teaches us the science of dentistry. It teaches us the basics on how to diagnose disease, restore teeth, and care for patients. What it often does not teach us is how to build confidence, communicate effectively, navigate difficult workplace dynamics, advocate for ourselves, or create a career that is both professionally and personally fulfilling. I know this because I lived it. Early in my career, I faced many of the same challenges that associates experience every day. I questioned my decisions, struggled with confidence, navigated difficult conversations, and wondered whether I was doing enough. Those experiences changed the way I practiced dentistry and ultimately inspired me to create The Forever Associate Dentist. Today, I continue to practice as a general dentist because I believe the best coaching comes from real experience. Every week I treat patients, collaborate with teams, solve clinical challenges, and navigate the realities of private practice. Those experiences continue to shape every conversation I have with the dentists I coach. My work is centered on helping associate dentists develop the skills that are rarely taught but have the greatest impact on a successful career. Together we focus on communication, treatment planning, leadership, career strategy, confidence, and professional growth so you can make thoughtful decisions and build a career that reflects your goals and values.
